Board shall consist of
- (7) members, appointed for (4) year terms
- (4) alternates appointed for (2) year terms and designated #1, #2, #3 and #4 (in accordance with Bill A354, 6/04)
- All appointments by Council.
- No member can hold elected office or be a Township Employee (Twp Code Art. XVII Sec.2-100).
