Where does the YAB meet?

The YAB meets at the Richard Rodda Community Center.

How often does the YAB meet?

The YAB meets once a month from September through June for 1-2 hours at the Richard Rodda Community Center.

Requirements to Join

What grade can I be in to join the YAB?

You may join the YAB in grades 8 through 12.

Do students have to live in Teaneck to join the YAB?

You must be a resident of Teaneck to join the YAB?

Do I have to go to school in Teaneck to join the YAB?

You do not have to go to school in Teaneck to join the YAB.

Can adults join the YAB?

Adults that live or work in Teaneck can apply to join the YAB as an advisor to the youth members.

What can the YAB do?

The YAB can bring the ideas and concerns of Teaneck's youth directly to the Mayor, Towncouncil and other local officials.
