MEMORIALIZATION OF RESOLUTIONS

1. PB2012-16 – 827 Teaneck Road Associates LLC – (Robert P. Travers, Esq.) – 827 Teaneck Road – Block #3902- Lot #2.01 – B/2, granted a variance for the installation of an enclosure under an existing awning.

 

CORRESPONDENCE - REQUIRE BOARD ACTION

1. As per  e-mail from Jaime L. Evelina, RMC, for Planning Board – re: Designation of the Red Oak Street located at 339 Cedar Lane – Block #2609 – Lot 25, a Teaneck Historic Site.
