MEMORIALIZATION OF RESOLUTIONS 

1. Marissa Blake Otte, 585 Martense Avenue – Block #509 – Lot 18 – R/S Zone.

The letter of refusal, dated 10/24/12,  granted permission to remove and rebuild/resize an existing deck in the rear yard.

 

2. ZB2010-08 – Olivo, Jose – (David C. Russo, Esq.)  – 473 Teaneck Road – Block #3705 – Lot 7 – R/S Zone, granted a variance to widen driveway with gravel to access 2ndcurb cut & construct 15’67” x 16’.58 deck in the rear yard.

 

3. ZB2012-35 – Lillethun, Abby & Bayat, Fafar – 1285 Longfellow Avenue – Block #4906 – Lot 3 – R/S Zone, granted a variance for the construction of a 2 car garage with walk-up loft & reconfiguration of driveway.
