MEMORIALIZATION OF RESOLUTIONS

1. PB2013 - 03 – Aetrex Worldwide, Inc. – (Michael Y. Shimshak, Esq.) – 414 Alfred Avenue – Block #6002 – Lot 9 – L/I Zone, granted a variance for the installation of a 300 KW emergency stand by generator in parking lot.

 

2. PB2013 – 11 – Glenpointe Associates – (Wendy M. Berger, Esq) – Frank Burr Boulevard – Block #3605 – Lot 7 – H Zone, granted a variance for a proposed overhead walkways & access structures with small front addition to the Marriot Hotel.
