MEMORIALIZATION OF RESOLUTIONS

1. ZB2012-21 – Shalom Academy Charter School – (Elliot W. Urdang, Esq.) – 125 Galway Place – Block#5105 – Lot 12 – L/I Zone, denied a variance to establish the Shalom Academy Charter School at a commercial building.

2.  ZB2012-53 – Kabul Enterprise – (Dunkin Donuts) – Marc E. Leibman, Esq. – 332 Cedar Lane  (B/2 Zone) & 335 Barr Avenue (R/S Zone), Amended resolution to reconfigure drive thru with minor subdivision & demolition of existing single family & construction of new two family. 3.
