MEMORIALIZATION OF RESOLUTIONS

1. ZB2010-40 – Rothman, Ariel & Pamela – 946 Sheffield Road – Block #4017 – Lot 16 – R/S Zone, granted a variance to install air conditioning condenser units.

2. ZB2010-12 – Public Service Electric & Gas Company – (Kieran A. Brown, Esq.) – Meyer Court – Block #5202 - Lot 8 – R/S Zone, granted a variance to construct an electric substation & equipment. 

3. ZB2011-50 – Einhorn, Shamir & Aviva – 753 Dearborn Street – Block #1205 – Lot 11 – R/S Zone, granted a variance for the construction of a 21 foot wide recessed driveway.

INTERPRETATION

A letter from Rebecca  & Daniel Wolf – 567 Ogden Avenue – Block #1814 – Lot 13 – R/S Zone, to appeal the decision of the zoning officer. This application  (ZB2010-37) – was  approved on 01/5/11 by the Board, for a paved area in front yard for a basketball court.

This basketball court has been placed.
