MEMORIALIZATION OF RESOLUTIONS 

1. ZB2012-24 – Shulman, Lisa & Knopf Jay – 546 Wilmerding Avenue – Block #1606 – Lot 5 – R/S Zone, granted a variance to construct 12’ x 14’ deck & a 20 KW generator in the side yard. 

 

2. ZB2012-37 – Tuohy, John & Editha – 681 John Street – Block #3810 – Lot 31 – R/S Zone, granted  a variance for the construction of an add-a-level expansion.

The letter of refusal, dated 10/24/12, was to remove and rebuild/resize an existing deck in the rear yard. Variance required: Side yard width
