The clinics will be held at the Richard Rodda Center’s Medical Outreach Office (upstairs-2nd floor).
The flu shot will be administered by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
Applications will be completed on the day of your scheduled appointment.
NO charge to those having MEDICARE PART B (proof must be provided at time of appointment). All others will be charged for the flu shot ($25)
Payment is required prior to vaccination for those without Medicare Part B. Only payment by check will be accepted.
The pneumonia shot will NOT be provided at this clinic.
