The Township Council adopted Resolution 9-2018 at a Special Meeting of the Township Council on Thursday, January 11, 2018. The contents and nature of the settlement – including mediation with FSHC over the past year and half - could not be revealed until last night owning to a confidentiality order mandated by the Judge overseeing such mediation. The agreement paves the way for the Township to have the settlement agreement ratified at a Fairness hearing within the next 45 to 60 days.
