TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK, BERGEN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that special meeting will be held by the Township of Teaneck Planning Board on Tuesday February 28, 2023 7 PM at the RICHARD RODDA CENTER, 250 COLONIAL COURT - ROOM MP 1, TEANECK NJ 08812. Take notice that adequate notice of this meeting is being provided in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-8, 10:4-9 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 10:4-10. The agenda for the Planning Board's special February 28, 2022 meeting to the extent known is as follows: 

Hearings for Application Number PB2022-14 of Holy Name Real Estate Corp., wherein Applicant seeks the following a new childcare center with a play area, and expanded parking area with related site and parking improvements, including the creation of a cul-de-sac on Chadwick Road. Applicant seeks to Remove the Grange Road driveway, fencing and a generator. The Applicant is seeking certain variances and design waivers.

Hearings on Application Number PB2022-13 of Holy Name Real Estate Corp., wherein Applicant seeks approval for a temporary gravel parking lot, with gates and temporary lighting for future construction staging and construction material storage. The Applicant is seeking certain variances and/or design waivers.
