There may be delays for some repairs due to continuing storm conditions and new health and safety procedures in response to the current health crisis. Please remain indoors or practice social distancing if you see repair crews.
If you see a downed wire, stay far away from it and report it to us immediately: online, through our mobile app, or call 1-800-436-7734.
Additional safety tips:
Unplug sensitive electronics during an outage to protect against a possible power surge when power is restored.
A closed refrigerator will keep food cold enough for four hours. A half-full freezer will keep food cold enough for up to 24 hours, and up to 48 hours if full.
PSE&G operates 24/7 and work will continue until power has been restored for all customers.
