PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 14, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., in accordance with the Municipal Land Use Law, more particularly N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13, the Planning Board of the Township of Teaneck, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey (the “Township”), at a regular meeting, will conduct a public hearing and take action on the Township’s proposed amendments to the Fourth Round Housing Element and Fair Share Plan (“HEFSP”), which will amend the Township’s Master Plan. The meeting will take place in Council Chambers at 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey, 07666.
Copies of the Budget are available in the Township Clerk's Office at the Municipal Building, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey (201) 837-1600, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and it is also available on the Township's 'website at https://www.teanecknj.gov/
