AMENDING SECTION 36-11.2 OF CHAPTER 36 OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK ADDING A RESTRICTED ON-STREET PARKING SPACE FOR HANDICAPPED PARKING AT 886 LINCOLN PLACE

NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE AND SUMMARY

Notice is hereby given that the following ordinance was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Governing Body of the Township of Teaneck, in the County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, May 19, 2026. It will be further considered for final passage, after the Public Hearing thereon, at a meeting of the Governing Body to be held at Governing Body to be held at the Municipal Building Council Chambers, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey and facilitated on ZOOM June 16, 2026, at 8:00 p.m.

During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Township Clerk’s Office for the members of the general public who shall request the same.  The title and summary of the terms of such ordinance are as follows:

The Teaneck Township Council awarded the following “Professional Services” contract:

Duration:         The Agreement shall be effective the date it has been signed by both Parties and shall continue in force and effect for a period of three (3) years or until (i) all Task Orders have been completed and all Consultant’s invoices have been paid in full

Service:           General Environmental Consulting And Regulatory Compliance Services Associated with The Department Of Public Works (DPW)

Amount:          Award of this contract will cost a maximum of $11,750.00
