FIFA Short Term Rental Reminder

As the 2026 FIFA World Cup approaches, the Teaneck Health Department anticipates an increase in short-term rental activity within the Township of Teaneck. Property owners are reminded that all short-term rentals must be licensed and approved by the Teaneck Health Department prior to being rented or advertised.

Please be advised that property owners operating short-term rentals without approval from the Teaneck Health Department will be subject to enforcement action and penalties of up to $2,000 per offense.
