Notice of Actions Taken by Planning Board

Take Notice that on the 17th day of September, 2026 the Planning Board of the Township of Teaneck in the County of Bergen memorialized the following resolutions:

1. PB20206-03 – Tuliptree, LLC – (David C. Russo, Esq.) – 800 Catalpa Avenue – Block #609 – Lot 8 – MX-1 Zone
   Grants the Applicant preliminary and final site plan approval, together with “C” variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c)(2), and related design waiver approval, for the direct parking access, buffer, screening, and lighting relief associated with the proposed parking improvements and related site improvements.

   Grants the Applicant minor site plan approval, together with the requested submission waivers, for the proposed parking-control, circulation, striping, bollard, signage and related site improvements
3. PB2025-05 – Walzman, Daniel & Sara (Gerald R. Salerno, Esq.) – 522 Winthrop Road – Block #1805 – Lot 23 – R/S Zone
   Grants the Applicant an extension through December 31, 2026, to perfect the minor subdivision approval for the property
