Notice of Intent to Award Contract Under A National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement

Notice of intent to award contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for one (2) Karcher MIC 42 Implement Carrier, and accessories for the Department of Public Works operations through Sourcewell Contract #033126-BNL. Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township Purchasing office located at 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666 during regular business hours, as well as on the Sourcewell Cooperative at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov

The Township of Teaneck joined the Sourcewell Cooperative (formerly NJPA) on August 16, 2016, through resolution R# 186-2016.

The Sourcewell Cooperative contract expiration for #033126-BNL is June 11, 2030. It is the intent of the Township Qualified Purchasing Agent to recommend to the Township of Teaneck governing body to make a contract award to approved distributor, Mid-Atlantic Truck & Equipment, 314 Bay West Blvd., New Castle, DE, 19720.

The Township of Teaneck is permitted to join Sourcewell National Cooperative under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).

Comment period ends on August 17, 2026. It is anticipated a resolution of award will be approved by the governing body of the Township of Teaneck on August 18,2026.
