DUE TO A MAINTENANCE ISSUE, PHELPS PARK SPLASH PAD IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Please feel free to visit one of our other Splash pads in town.  We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will advise when reopened.
