Planning Board Public Notice of Public Hearing on Fair Share Plan Element | 6-16-25 730pm MP-1 Rodda Center

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Teaneck Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on June 16, 2025 at 7:30 pm in-person in Room MP-1 at the Richard Rodda Community Center located at 250 Colonial Court, Teaneck, NJ for the purpose of considering a proposed Housing Element and Fair Share Plan for adoption as part of the Township of Teaneck’s Master Plan. The Board will hear testimony from its Township Planner, Topology Planners, regarding the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan and allow questions, testimony and evidence from interested persons regarding the same. Following the public hearing, the Planning Board may take action by amending and/or adopting the Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan as part of the Township Master Plan.
