TEANECK TOWNSHIP LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received, opened and read in public by the Township Purchasing Agent in the Municipal Building Council Chambers on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. prevailing time, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached, for the supply and delivery of:

“REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR

PRIVATE COLLECTION AGENCY FOR MUNICIPAL COURT DEBT”

Specifications for the proposed services are on file in the office of the Purchasing Agent and will be furnished to prospective bidders upon e-mailed request to purchasing@teanecknj.gov

Sealed proposals can be forwarded to the Township Purchasing Agent by mail, messenger, courier, overnight services or by hand at the Township of Teaneck Municipal Building, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey 07666 c/o the Township Clerk. All bids shall be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope:

“REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR

PRIVATE COLLECTION AGENCY FOR MUNICIPAL COURT DEBT”

The respondent shall submit one (1) original response along with an electronic copy on a CD or flash drive.

It is the Bidder’s responsibility to make sure that the bid is submitted on time and to the proper location.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
