TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE OF CANCELING
MEETINGS AND SCHEDULING SPECIAL MEETINGS

February & March 2026

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Teaneck Planning Board has canceled their scheduled meetings for Thursday, February 12, 2026 and Thursday, February 26, 2026; and 

PLEASE TAKE FUTHER NOTICE The Planning Board has also scheduled Special Meetings to take place on Thursday, February 19, 2026 and Thursday, March 5, 2026. Both Meetings will take place at 7:30 pm in-person in Room MP-1 at the Richard Rodda Community Center located at 250 Colonial Court, Teaneck, NJ 07666 for the purpose of considering Consistency Reviews in accordance with the Township’s Master Plan for ordinances being considered by the Township in response to New Jersey’s Affordable Housing Fair Share 4th Round Obligation; amongst other potential matters. Formal Action may be taken. The Meetings will also be streamed to ZOOM. Agenda and Viewing information may also be found on https://teanecknj.gov .

The Zoom link will only allow the meeting to be viewed. The Zoom does not permit the public to participate remotely, ask questions or be heard by the Board. If you wish to comment on or be heard on matters scheduled on the Planning Board’s agenda, you must appear in person on the date, time and location set forth in this notice.
