TEANECK PLANNING BOARD SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE FEBRUARY 5, 2026

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Township of Teaneck (the Board) will hold a special meeting on February 5, 2026 at the above stated time and address. Should members of the public wish to comment  or be heard on the agenda and the matters  listed herein under New Business, they must appear in person at the above stated meeting location/time in order to be heard by the Board.

At its special meeting on February 5, 2026, The Planning Board will conduct consistency reviews of the following ordinances:

1.      Ordinance 5-2026 (827 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey); 

2.      Ordinance 6-2026 (822 Palisades Avenue, Teaneck, New Jersey); and 

3.      Ordinance 7-2026 (1405 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey.

The three above referenced ordinances listed under New Business on the Planning Board agenda that are  proposed for introduction are available for public review and inspection in the Teaneck Township Clerk’s office, located on the second floor of the Teaneck Township Municipal Building.

The meeting will also be simulcast via Zoom. Members of the public may also watch the meeting via Zoom, but cannot comment, ask questions or be heard via Zoom.   Should members of the public wish to be heard and make comments on the agenda items or any other matter, they must appear in person on the date, time and meeting location stated herein.  The Meeting ID and Password for viewing the Zoom meeting is set forth hereinbelow:
