* WHERE...In Connecticut, Northern Fairfield County. In New Jersey, Eastern Passaic and Western Bergen Counties. In New York, Northern Westchester and Rockland Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 AM early this morning to 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling. Check local Department of Transportation information services for the latest road conditions. Monitor the latest forecasts for updates on this situation. Persons should consider delaying all travel. If travel is absolutely necessary, drive with extreme caution.
