Phelps Park

Phelps park is located between River Rd and Wilson Ave.It is 16 acres with playground equipment, two - 60' Softball fields, Picnic area w/grill, basketball court, four tennis courts, wading pool, fenced dog walk area, walking/bike paths and a volleyball court. 

A paid parking lot is available off of River Rd, across University Circle. 

Organized leagues require permits for court or field use, permits have preference.
