Child Health Clinic

The Township of Teaneck’s Child Health Conference is a town sponsored clinic that provides well child services to children from birth through high school. It meets one Thursday evening every month at Holy Name Medical Center. It is staffed by Holy Name RN’s and a board-certified pediatrician.

The Child Health Conference (clinic) administers all required immunizations to school-aged children and conducts well baby exams and immunization services to pre-school children and babies. All children who are uninsured or underinsured with FamilyCare Plan A and reside in Teaneck are qualified for these services, which are free of charge. Appointments are required and can be made by calling the Township of Teaneck's Public Health Nurse, Michele Schumeyer, at (201) 227-6251 or by emailing mschumeyer@holyname.org
