Planning Board | Teaneck Township

The Planning Board is responsible for making, adopting, and amending a Master Plan for the town. Additionally, it handles site plan review, conditional use applications, and granting variances where appropriate (similar to the Zoning Board of Adjustment). As the board evaluates applications and plans, it is tasked with ensuring consistency with the Master Plan.
