The clinics will be held at the Richard Rodda Center’s Medical Outreach Office (upstairs-2^nd floor).

The flu shot will be administered by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

Applications will be completed on the day of your appointment.

Check-in is required upon arrival and you will be further   instructed. You must follow COVID-19 safety measures: masks are required and to be worn at all times, maintain social distancing, and adhere to your appointment time.

NO charge to those having MEDICARE PART B (proof must be provided at time of appointment).  All others will be charged for the flu shot ($25). Payment is required prior to vaccination for those without Medicare Part B. Only payment by check will be accepted.

The pneumonia shot will NOT be provided at this clinic.
