PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the March 14, 2024 regular meeting of the Township of Teaneck Planning Board (“Board”), will all commence at 8:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matters can be reached, at the RICHARD RODDA COMMUNITY CENTER, 250 COLONIAL COURT,

ROOM MP 5, TEANECK NJ 07666. Take notice that adequate notice of these meetings is being provided in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-8, 10:4-9 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 10:4-10.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the March 28, 2024 regular meeting of the Township of Teaneck Planning Board (“Board”), will all commence at 8:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matters can be reached, at the TEANECK LIBRARY AUDITORIUM, 840 TEANECK ROAD, TEANECK NJ 07666. Take notice that adequate notice of these meetings is being provided in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-8, 10:4-9 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 10:4-10.

The agenda for the Board's Meeting, is not known at this time but will be provided to the public in advance of the meetings, accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-8, 10:4-9 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 10:4-10 and Teaneck Ordinances .

Please take notice that formal action may be taken on the above applications, and/or such other matters to come before the Board at these meetings. Please be advised that this meeting will be continued at the Rodda Center that all documents, plans, maps, applications and reports relating to any item on the agenda are available for public inspection at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the Meetings, Monday through Friday during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board Secretary, Township of Teaneck, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666.
